Clients, partners & accreditations.

United Nations agencies, federal ministries, the Pakistan Military and listed multinationals hold accounts here, alongside ten airline appointments, three diplomatic drop-box mandates and three separate IATA accreditations. Every number below is published so it can be checked against the issuing body.

01 Corporate clients

UN agencies, ministries and multinationals hold accounts here.

These are contracted accounts, named account managers, negotiated fare agreements, duty-of-care obligations and monthly spend reporting. Organisations that are audited on how they travel, not only on where they go, do not appoint a travel agent. They appoint a travel management company and then examine its books.

United Nations & humanitarian

IOM, UNMOGIP and WHO travel is booked against mandate rules rather than corporate policy, approved carriers, security-cleared routings, duty-of-care tracking and documentation that survives a donor audit. Movements are frequently at short notice and outside office hours, which is why the duty desk runs continuously.

Government, defence & diplomatic

Federal ministries, the Pakistan Military and accredited missions require clearance handling as much as ticketing, landing and overflight permissions, charter manifest approval, protocol transfers and Meet & Assist at every major Pakistani airport. That work sits on our regulatory desk, not on a booking screen.

Corporate & enterprise

Energy, financial services, technology, manufacturing and development-sector accounts run through the enterprise ERP: automated pre-ticketing policy checks, instant invoicing, tax synchronisation across FBR, PRA and SRB, and spend analytics delivered monthly or quarterly in Excel and PDF.

04 Accreditation & licences

Every claim on this page carries a number.

Three IATA accreditations under the GoStandard programme, an ISO 9001:2015 certificate with a published scope, SECP incorporation, a DTS operator licence, association membership and an Overseas Employment Promoter licence, each verifiable at source.

05 Humanitarian logistics

An authorised provider under official agreement with the IOM.

Al Zohra holds a formal agreement with the International Organization for Migration as an authorised provider of transit logistics for diplomats and delegates entering or leaving Pakistan. It is the single most demanding mandate we carry, and the one that shaped the way the rest of the operation is run.

A transit movement under this agreement is not a hotel booking with a flight attached. A delegate may arrive at an unsociable hour on a disrupted routing, with documentation that needs to be verified before onward carriage, and with a duty of care that does not pause between the aircraft door and the departure gate. Our desk takes custody of that interval end to end.

The scope covers reception and safe passage on arrival, secure accommodation in vetted properties, indoor dining arranged so that guests are not required to move through public areas, medical support arranged on call, and onward international air travel ticketed on our own BSP capacity so that a re-route never waits on a third party. Movements are logged, escorted where the mandate requires it, and reported back to the organisation in the format its own auditors expect.

  • Transit logistics and safe passage for diplomats and delegates in both directions.
  • Secure accommodation and indoor dining in vetted, security-assessed properties.
  • Medical support arranged on call, with escalation routes agreed in advance.
  • Onward international air travel issued in-house, with 24/7 re-routing authority.
  • Chauffeur-driven transfers with live tracking and named, briefed drivers.

06 Overseas employment

Licensed manpower mobility, with direct consular channels into the Kingdom.

Operated from our Rawalpindi office under Overseas Employment Promoter licence 2927/RWP, with POEPA membership RWP-208 and established channels to the Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad and Karachi.

Thousands of skilled, semi-skilled and professional personnel have been deployed through this division to employers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The value we add is not sourcing alone, it is the ability to carry a candidate through endorsement, attestation, medical screening, flight clearance and seat allocation without the file changing hands between four separate intermediaries, each of whom would otherwise introduce delay and cost.

Because the same house holds IATA accreditation, group seats are issued on our own BSP capacity rather than bought at the last minute on the open market. A mobilisation of two hundred workers moves on confirmed inventory, on the date the employer committed to, with the manifest reconciled against the endorsement file.

How a mobilisation runs

  1. Demand letter and licence check

The employer’s demand is verified against our OEP licence scope and lodged with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment before any candidate is engaged.

  2. Selection and documentation

Trade testing, credential verification and contract issuance, with every document prepared for consular scrutiny rather than corrected after rejection.

  3. GAMCA-approved medical screening

Candidates are screened at GAMCA-approved centres, with results tracked to the consular file so that a fitness lapse never surfaces at the airport.

  4. Consular endorsement and attestation

Visa endorsement, attestation and flight clearance are processed through our direct channels with the Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad and Karachi.

  5. Group seat allocation and departure

Our in-house IATA desk holds and issues the group inventory, briefs the party at departure and hands the manifest to the employer’s receiving agent on arrival.

07 Sub-agency network

Five hundred agents ticketing on our BSP capacity.

Our wholesale desk carries independent travel agents across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, the towns where an airline’s own sales presence stops and where a principal’s market share is actually won or lost.

Sub-agency support

Issue, void, reissue and disruption handling

A sub-agent joining the desk receives a GDS credit facility sized to their trading history, instant ticketing authority against our accreditation, and a named counterpart who answers at two in the morning when a passenger is standing at a counter in Sialkot with a disrupted connection. That is the whole product. There is no portal to register for and no account to open, the relationship is contracted, credit-assessed and handled by people.

For airline principals, this network is the reason a GSA appointment with Al Zohra reaches beyond Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. Trade promotions, agency incentive schemes and point-of-sale branding are distributed through the same channel, and the sell-through is reported back against the incentive that produced it.

  • GDS credit facilities with instant ticketing against three IATA accreditations.
  • 24/7 issue, void, reissue and disruption support for agent-held bookings.
  • Large-scale Umrah and overseas-workforce group movement on held inventory.
  • MICE, marine and offshore crew rotation logistics handled wholesale.
  • Trade roadshows, incentive schemes and point-of-sale branding for principals.
